About
Having gone through many transitions in my life, I know first hand the stress and anxiety this can cause. I’m American and have lived in Brazil since 1981. I raised my children here, cared for my ageing mother in a distant country and divorced my husband after 41 years. I faced in numerous challenges with the fluctuating Brazilian economic situation and adapted to living my life in this country. Working with a coach helped me to see my life with a different attitude and to be grateful for all the challenges that are part of it. Slowly, I rediscovered the joy in my life and found a new balance and rhythm in my days. I let go of my fear of judgement and learned not to take other people’s reactions personally. I am now nurturing myself in all the aspects of my life.
As your coach, my ultimate aim is to assist you to design a new life that allows you to move forward and find happiness again. I’ve spent the last twenty years studying self improvement techniques and spirituality. With this knowledge, I learned how to nurture myself. As your coach, I am going to guide you to design a new life that allows you to move forward and find happiness. Let me to empower you to harness your innate knowledge and intuition so you can balance all the segments of your life and be more in control of your destiny.
