One of the most important aspects of our well being is how we deal with our emotions. We need to be honest with ourselves and others as to what we are feeling. Repressed feelings remain in our bodies as tension and stress. This keeps us stuck in the past and makes it more difficult for us to live in the present moment. In our sessions, we use relaxation techniques and guided meditations so you can live more fully in the present moment.
